Grilled Fish and Shrimp




Rice: brown rice would be the healthier choice instead of white. cook as directed on package.
Shrimp: thaw if frozen, clean, and leave tails on. Use wooden sticks and slide shrimp on close together. grill for only 5 mins turning every min or so. Remove shrimp from sticks, pull tails off, and season with fresh lemon.
Green Onion: buy the large bulbs. clean and place on foil. Sprinkle minced garlic and wrap up in foil. Place on grill for about 10 mins. Cut green leafy part off before eating only the bottom bulb part.
Tilapia: place on foil curl edges so when you put the foil on the grill the juices wont run out. Season with lemon  pepper and fresh lemon. Place on grill until cooked about 10 mins or so.
