Avocado Sandwiches

-Slightly toast multi grain, whole wheat, or sprouted bread
-Cut the following up to top your sandwich: Tomato, a little onion, cucumber, and have spinach on hand
-Spread olive oil Mayo, Vegan Mayo, or your own Mayo spread onto the toast
-Spread avocado first then top with toppings listed above
-Add sea salt and pepper to taste
